Refunds will only be made to the credit/debit card used to purchase the Ticket or details of which are subsequently provided by the Ticket Holder and no cash refunds will be provided. MLB shall not be required to issue a refund in relation to any Ticket which it reasonably believes has been the subject of a sale in breach of paragraph 2.1 of these Conditions.
A Ticket Holder does not have a right to cancel his or her Ticket. However, if the Ticket Holder is a consumer, he or she has statutory legal rights if MLB does not comply with its obligations in these Conditions with reasonable care and skill.
